KORESHAN LUNAR FESTIVAL - This annual event focuses on the turn-of-the-century Koreshan religious and scientific order, which believed in communal living and perceived the Earth as a hollow globe. SANIBEL INN EARTH DAY FESTIVAL - Conservationists, bird watchers and nature lovers alike will enjoy this entertaining learning experience. 1997 LEE COUNTY WALKAMERICA - The March of Dimes presents Walkamerica, the largest and oldest walking event in the United States, is celebrating its 27th year. Participants can walk as individuals or form a team at work, their club, organization or neighborhood. The walk is 10 miles long with numerous checkpoints along the route with refreshments. Back at Centennial Park there will be more refreshments, live entertainment and awards.
